I remember you commenting you thought BHNGF was going to be big,  any news to back that up?   They have been quiet a long time.

@gtosali1967 Agreed they have been quiet. I still hold some. I personally can’t see any updates on their website.

@gtosali1967 Well... the only real update was the CEO left the company.  She did a great job building up the brand to where it is.  We've not seen anything since early November in the way of earnings.  This would mean they are going to report around early/mid February.

I still believe this is a stock with tons of upside potential.  But, it may take a while.  And, likely what will occur is that BHNGF gets acquired by another company across the board.  So, while we await the medical cannabis legalization from the Feds, it may be that this stock gets acquired, or something to that nature.  For me, this is a very, very long term option.

I wrote Investor's Relations and they responded. "Hi there. Year-end financials are due at the end of April."

Bhang Inc. (OTCQB: BHNGF) (CSE:BHNG) has signed a letter of intent to acquire 1352135 B.C. Ltd. ("BC Corp") to obtain access to minor-cannabinoid, cannabis, THC, and psychedelic-related patents and intellectual property pivotal in building Bhang's portfolio beyond chocolate and edible cannabis brands.

"We are innovating new products and proprietary delivery methods designed to enhance and complement consumer happiness, lifestyle, and well-being," stated Graham Simmonds, Bhang's interim CEO. "This proposed acquisition is an exciting step on that path, bringing new IP into the Bhang portfolio, and putting us in a position to leverage our global brand recognition with new revenue streams from both existing and new distribution platforms."

The patents and IP that are available to BC Corp. through certain exclusive licensing agreements include mucosal strips and biphasic edibles, which are new delivery methods and formulations for THC, minor cannabinoids, and psychedelic-infused edible products.

Pursuant to the LOI, the company would acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of BC Corp on or before March 10, 2023. In consideration for the acquisition, the company would issue to the vendors of BC Corp. CA$1 million in subordinate voting shares of Bhang at a price of CA$0.05 per subordinate voting share. The closing of the acquisition is subject to the approval of Bhang's board of directors, and pending the results of any due diligence and approvals required by any applicable regulatory body.

Still waiting on December numbers for these guys.  In the meantime, I'd love to see what is happening with the Trulieve deal and if there is substantial increases coming from being in their dispensaries.  I know they are rolling this out throughout the entire company.  We should continually see increases in revenues.  This could begin to add to the bottom line positively.
