If I read it right, referring to news releases I read, a director left the company and dumped his shares about the same time as their last earnings release,, and the stock dropped a lot. People seemed to think it was entirely because of the earnings release.

I think the sell of was  a huge overreaction, and an opportunity to buy, and that's what a bunch of insiders did.( so did I) Below is a report from canadian insider

I think the director who left, and the timing of him leaving and dumping his shares at almost same time as earnings released, along with short selling and bashers online, well sp tanked hard.

IIts wierd how much attention people pay to the bashers on message boards. HCAND is a good example of that.

There is massive legal insider buying on cannabis stocks right now in smaller companies, seemingly a fist fight with short selling losers.

Belw is otcshort report and candian insider on legally filed insider transactions.

I established a position a few weeks ago. Waiting to add to it as it just keeps slowly dropping. If it hits 30 cents Canadian, I will finish my entire planned position. If it somehow fell to 20 cents, I'll add more.  😉 The fact these insiders added so much is a good sign.

This is astounding.  80% short interest?  On one of the best companies out there?

Thing is, we could easily see a short-squeeze by Redditers again just like happened in February.  A catalyst would be needed and then volume.  Then, these guys on the short side will be handed their backsides to them on a rusty, beat up platter.

The fact that insiders continue to buy is conviction.

Despite all of that, just envision what this looks like longterm.  The market will not ignore profits forever.  Next Green Wave NXGWF stock may have taken a momentary hit, but, longterm, they grow continuously and profits will rise as well.  Investors are going to chase after that yield.

And anyone on the short side will get buried.

ahahahahh I just got done mentioning shorts getting burned in the Sundial Growers section. Sundial is the next play by those in the AMC play.

I decided to add to my Next Green Wave position weekly. I will be adding faster now that you mentioned "squeeze." lol Thanks for that info, nameless person and DH!

So, DH, with all these shorts all over this stock, does your conservative prediction in NGW's price change?

My analysis does not look at short-sellers.  I look at revenue growth, gross margins, operating margins, and continuing costs. Then, I factor that into EBTIDA & net earnings.  I use the same metrics across the board without regard to favoritism.  But, there are outside factors that you should look at such as Lowell Farms getting 1M social impressions per month.

The short sellers are merely pushing the stock price lower and lower.  This does not affect the internal fundamentals.  But, if these short sellers get too aggressive and all of a sudden there is a change in laws, or any other kind of changes that would be hyper-positive for cannabis stocks, the short sellers would get crushed... And, I look forward to that day.

Just focus on the fundamentals.  Compared to the broader market, Next Green Wave, and many other cannabis stocks, are significantly undervalued.

@cannabisinvestingnewsletter I'm trying to decide which companies have the greatest upside so I can load up shares for each of them. I am leaning towards Next Green wave as being one of them.

I love the fact Lowell is starting to fall. Early Xmas present!

For now, the shorts driving the price down is fine by me as I stock up. In about three months I will be with you on watching them get crushed. lol

@coreyjubesgmail-com I've decided to focus on Ayurcann, Lowell, Tilt, Sundial, and Next Green Wave. I had way too many holdings that I was trying to add bigger positions to.

@jpynestergmail-com  I think your smart buying lowel farms!

There are a lot of analysts that have many of the same companies as top picks that D.H. has on his. So if you stick with DH's top picks, well thats a great foundation for long term value,,, and growth.

If a person had $20,000.00 and put $1,000.00 in each one of D.H's top picks, that would be about the smartest thing you could do in my honest opinion.

That leaves $8,000 left to invest. Maybe keep it to buy on dips, or maybe look at the ones D.H. is watching, in his top 10 quarterly  growth and revenue videos, and other videos, and analysis. Maybe put $500  in a few, whatever.

Value Foundation is important.(JMHO)

@cannabis-investing I also have High Tide, Planet 13, Village Farms, and Hexo as cannabis investments but three out of four of those are higher priced so I add a little here and here to them when I have leftover change. I look at the cheap prices for Lowell, Tilt, and Next Green Wave as easier positions to load up on with huge returns in the future. Especially Lowell and Tilt.

@jpynestergmail-com Look to the bigger picture.  The smallish companies are going to likely be acquired as bigger companies are going to want to expand their footprints.  Who will do the buying?  The companies with the most cash and net profits positive.  Which companies are they likely to buy?  EBITDA profitable with increasing revenues.  I think VEXTF gets bought.  Next Green Wave may also.

@coreyjubesgmail-com Actually, I do not think you go wrong with either of these.  Look for bigger companies to pick up the companies that are EBTIDA profitable with increasing revenues.  The fact that these stocks are falling is a gift horse.
