South & Central American Coffees
For those of you who have been following me for some time, you know I am a master coffee roaster and chocolatier. I practice these skills with great frequency. Very soon, I will be traveling back to Central America to explore in search of unique coffees and chocolates. I have partnered up with a California roaster (FDA Certified) to fresh roast my coffees to my exacting specifications… and you know how detailed I am.
These coffees are medium roasts and have been selected for their unique and subtle flavor profiles. They are all available in whatever bean grind you need: Whole Bean, Drip Grind, Coarse Grind, Espresso Grind.
